    horrible service. The teller wouldn't cash my payroll check which was from a company not even a mile away stating that "my ID was expired" even when I showed her 3 other forms of identification. Horrible.

  • I'm working with that branch every single day.The stuff is very nice, fast and helpful.The Branch Manager Cristina Rosko is always there giving us advice, providing the excellent service. That is why I choose that branch rather than other.

  • I have tried other chase branches around and I have to say this particular branch has been the most helpful when it comes to my concerns and questions.All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.One time I left my wallet on the teller counter and at that time I had a good amount of money in there since i had just cashed my check,the manager called me and let me know,upon arrival she told me to describe what was inside the wallet in which I did,she then went to the back and retrieved my precious wallet. Such an honest team.

    I have pulled ALL my money out of Chase as a result of the NON-EXISTANT service at this particular bank. I cannot begin to outline the customer service nightmares experienced here... too numerous to list... but just a single example - they do not even bother to answer their phone when they are allegedly "busy" . referring you to the 800 Chase number. When I went into the bank 5 minutes later, there was only one person in line, and one car in the drivethru. (I am sure the throngs had JUST left.) The employees are smug, rude, and act as if they do not see you until they are good and ready to. They are allowed to go on break even when the bank is jammed... and the teller manager walks around in slow motion - AND with attitude - including when there are long lines inside as well as outside in drivethru. This bank is the epitome of everything NOT to do in business. This is one bank I HOPE fails! And when it does, good riddance! If this is how you train your management and employees to act, you deserve to fail.
