  John Roman has been our State Farm Insurance agent for many years. We are very pleased with the service that he and his staff provide on the many insurance policies we have to cover our family's needs (life, home, autos, and renters). While all of his staff are terrific to work with, over the years, my "go-to" person in the office has been Chong. She is knowledgeable about our policies and coverage, responsive to our inquiries and needs, and remarkably patient with the "craziness" that is our family! I truly appreciate that she is able to maintain a sense of humor along with her professionalism. We were with our previous State Farm agent for 20 years. When he retired, I didn't think we would be fortunate enough to find another agency that would be as caring and efficient. I was wrong. I am pleased to give John Roman and his agency a positive review!

  I have been working with John Roman and his team for almost a decade and have several types of insurance through his office. John and his team excel at making sure you understand policies, and at helping with claims issues—one of the best services an insurance agency can provide. He is very knowledgable and approachable, and is willing to share accurate, realistic insights into your insurance needs. He doesn't try to oversell or over promise. Recently, John was incredibly helpful on a business claim I had, advocating on my behalf to ensure a fair and timely outcome. I highly recommend John and his State Farm office.
