  I can't say much about Charter one as whole, but his branch (zip 60202 on main street) is amazing. I have been banking there for 2 years and I have been very happy with them. They work hard to establish strong personal relationships with their customers and create an overall great atmosphere at their branch. It sounds like such a simple thing, but after having to deal the black void that is Citibank, it was a welcomed relief.

  Refused to change bills for quarters(because I wasn't their customer) walked down the street to the Chase bank and changed that bill without any problem not being their customer.
